Amazing service. I had an issue with the car and Michayla resolved it within few minutes with high professionalism.I would definitely recommend them if ever you’re in deer Lake or around. Thanks again to all of you ! After I had this issue with the car, all the charges were charged on my credit card and some of them without my consent. Also when you pick up the car make sur you take pictures yourself because it sounds like some of the damages could be add at your charge in order to repair their fleet. The rental desk girls are great to deal with. The customer service line people are horrible. Rented a car for a month. The first vehicle had all season tires, rear wheel drive. Basically left me stranded after the first snowfall. Returned that car. The 2nd car I had a few days, started it one morning and literally every alarm on the dash was ringing. Excellent customer service on rental and on drop off and good communications in between. Highly recommend.
Hertz St. John's rented us a car with a BROKEN FRONT BUMPER that came loose on the highway. "ZIP TIE IT BACK TOGETHER" was Hertz remedy. They refused to exchange it for another car saying it was "DRIVEABLE". This rental also had a defective parking brake, hybrid engine not working which wasted fuel, and starting the car was problematic. Customer service was deplorable, argumentative and dismissive. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again!!
