I made a mistake with my booking but didn't realize until I showed up to the rental office. I was lucky to have Nicholas Parsons assisting me. He kindly corrected my error, ensuring that we got on our way quickly and comfortably without having to cancel our planned day trip.
I'm always a bit leary of rental car companies, but my experience was trouble free, and the staff were very pleasant. Sadly I couldn't pick my rental at the airport and had to go to the town location (which added expense) and I always find they are more detail concerned when you return a car than when you pick one up
Best rental car experience every! Nick, the manager, is most helpful. He got us our car quickly and also gave us tips where to go and what to do. We had come from the cruise port by taxi to this office because it's quite a way from downtown. Nick not only gave us a ride back to the ship but also toured along the jelly bean houses to let us take a look at the colorful homes. We wish him and the company the best and will return if we ever get the chance!
