My friend rented a vehicle from here, the first time ever renting a vehicle and its turned out to be the WORST experience. This establishment has absolutely NO customer service skills. They have created an impossible situation that my friend is trying to rectify to the best of her ability and they are refusing to offer any solutions at all, even though THEY are part of the reason for creating this problem in the first place. Staff was super helpful when I was in a bind with a broken down vehicle.
Very friendly staff, the down side is that the place is not at the airport so you need to get a 40$ ride from a taxi to get there. The car I was given was clean but not through out.
Alex Wang was very helpful and gave us great advice. There were no problems at all and everything went smoothly. Thank you for the great experience with Hertz!
Really terrible customer service by the manager Alex Wang. The online system does not communicate the branch system. When you go in to branch, all the information has to be given again. I had forgot to bring my credit card with me though I did supply it on the online platform. Admittedly, it was my fault. But the manager Alex was very rude and dismissive.
