Had an horrible experience with Noe, my car was in for accident damage, CarStar auto had my car several days waiting for parts, it was there, literally at the time I turned in the rental. We left after turning in the car and he called and said that the rental car, should have been returned while waiting for parts, and I was personally responsible for a weeks rental. It says they close at 6pm and it says in the door as well. However I tried to return my rental at 5:15 and they were gone. I’m now trying to turn it in the next day; I’ve been here since 8am and it’s now 8:25. Still nobody here and their gate is still closed. The website shows 8am open. I recommend enterprise instead. I’ve never had such misinformation with them.
