1 Star — Worst Car Rental Experience I’ve Ever Had !! I drove 3 hours each way to pick up a car that I had already received a confirmation email for — including an exact dollar amount and details for an 11-month rental. When I arrived, Hertz staff told me they were “sorry” but couldn’t honor my confirmed reservation and, to make matters worse, they claimed they had no car rentals for longer than a week. We had a reservation and drove 3 hrs roundtrip to pick up the car only to learn that they won't honor my reservation BCS they "stopped doing long term rentals". We received the email with a confirmation number and an exact dollar amount and he literally denied us the car! There goes 6 hrs to the garbage! Disgusting! FYI the nasty employee we dealt with was Justin. He should be fired immediately.
Everything is good but on toll charge of $1.50 they charge $10 fee is bad!
