I arrived on time and waited over an hour to receive the car I had reserved, a complete lack of respect.
This hertz location had the car I wanted to rent but wanted $500 deposit with a debit card.
The car was great I'm not going to lie butttt, the price is super crazy, also for those who don't know they hold 2 times the money of the rental, and so many hidden fees and charges...
I dont normally leave reviews but dont waste your time here, I booked my reservation 2 days in advance and upon arriving I was told there were no cars available, and was told id have to wait an hour for a car, it wasnt just me either there was atleast 4 people waiting for a car, completely unacceptable
Rented a car here during the weekend of the Blizzard. Killed myself to get the car out from snow to drop it off and the place was closed. No text message or email notifying that the place would be closed. The manager was the one who took care of me and he didn’t even say anything. Horrible manager! This place is the WORST!
