Called Hertz several times to reschedule pickup. No one answers the phone at this location. Decided to go in person to be courteous - the office reeks of marijuana. Courtney, made every attempt to ignore me and flirt with another customer. Rude, unprofessional and dismissive.
Went all the way to the Bronx to get a car that my husband set up for me after his company car conked out. thru his job and couldn't get it. Had to take 2 busses and do some walking on a hot day. After a long days work, mind you
I got an electric vehicle from this place on Stillwell Ave first off they don’t service vehicles they only wash it that’s it the brakes was squeaking the Ev charging stations and as charging my cards $60 on one &30 and this would happen every time I go to charge the information given after charge is not accurate cause I found myself kept charging before I even got to my location I would never rent a electric again and especially from that location they always worrying about if u put gas or u charge. Unbelievably incompetent people working at the BOSTON Airport location. Very disrespectful and rude Edit: I did speak with a general manager that took care of me and stopped the non sense. But this company needs to do some soul searching. They didn’t learn much about customer service after they were getting innocent customers arrested so they probably just don’t care
