Everyone's experience can be different, but for me, the consistency I experience at Hertz Stillwell Ave is why I it gets 5 stars. The location should be bigger, and this would lead to even better reviews and service. I know exactly what to expect, I know what it is going to cost, and I know I will be treated as a valued customer from beginning to end. Dozen's of rentals later, I am always taken care of, I hope everyone's experience is similar if not better.

This is not a normal rental car location that has you vehicle read for you. It's more a maybe they come in and you will get it. You will have multi hour waits standing outside and still end up(think Six Flags standing and waiting) without getting a car. It seems like they send extra/overflow cars here to rent. Beware the low price that they bait you with you will pay for it in time and messed up plans.

Si pudiese poner cero estrellas lo haría. Llegamos con una reserva prepagada desde argentina y según ellos no les figuraba en sistema por lo que nos querían cobrar todo de nuevo y que después reclamáramos a Almundo. No tenían un auto de la categoría que pedimos y querían que pagáramos la diferencia por lo que ellos tenían disponible. Cómo necesitábamos el auto íbamos a hacerlo pero no nos dejaron modificarla ni abonar el depósito ni con débito ni con otra TC. Malísimo servicio al cliente y un trato denigrante incluso a un miembro Gold. Aun siendo cliente frecuente que alquilo los fines de semana alternos cuando fui por mi reservación en mayo 1ro el suv que me trajeron tenía una pintura y un logo rarísimo en el bonete, yo no podía andar en un carro así con mis niñas, le pedí que me lo cambiaran y me dijeron que no lo cambian por gusto solo si el carro está dañado, que cancele si yo quería, tuve que cancelar y arruinar mis planes del día!!
