Horrible service and rude. We ordered a mid size SUV and were given a compact with no third row. When we came back to the counter the employees were extremely rude and would not give us the SUV we paid for. We had to pay for additional upgrades to get what we originally paid for. This is the second time we used Hertz here and the first time was just as bad. This the is last time. If you want to have a bad experience and get scammed come here.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Jerret for providing such an amazing experience at Hertz! My first time renting here, I had reserved a Toyota Camry Hybrid, but it wasn’t available when I arrived. Jerret listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to find me another hybrid option that ended up being even better. Reserved online and made sure I unchecked the prepaid fuel option, as I always do (my conformation email even verifies this). Got there and picked up the car, and evidently the counter people are instructed to charge this fee anyway without your permission. I called and told them what happened and they want me to file a dispute with them after I turn the car in and pay them, instead of fixing it now.
