Great customer service! I got there just before closing time the other day and she still took the time to talk with me and also walk around the vehicle noting the minor imperfections and taking pictures. The best experience I have had with a rental company in this area! Thank You!!

How does the location open at 8:30am but no one is there till well after 9am? Having had worked for hertz in the past i understand the challenges but the lack of professionalism and customer service we have recieved throughout this transaction is terrible.

Bad business! The Leesville location has been closed since March 2020..I called prior to taking a Taxi there to pick up a car only to find out the phone number listed is for the office in Alexandria. $45 wasted for nothing. This location needs to 1. Annotate they are permanently closed. 2. Take the phone number for the Leesville location off 3. When customers call, Agents need to identify what location there are as this is a local number and not a 1-800 customer service number

It was terrible so they had me there 4 hours to say you don't pass the credit check so we can't rent to you. What after 4 hours of waiting and then the lady had to leave and clean the cast and I waited and then she comes back to tell me I am not eligible. Wow no stars straight Garbage 😠
