Absolutely the worst place to ever rent a car from. Made the reservation through Expedia and went in to pick up the car. They placed a security deposit hold on my credit card of $200, which when I looked at my statement ended up being $232. I tried to extend my rental over the phone since I was on my way to work and they said they can’t do it and to come in the morning to change the credit card and extend the rental. Terrible service. Better price and service at Avis just down the road
There's a girl here with glasses and tattoos with a very unprofessional attitude and demeanor. She has no business working in customer service. I will never return to this location. I called and asked specifically about a situation and I was told to come in and it was not her who I spoke to on the phone. The person I called earlier was a guy and he did not relay the information that the person I needed to meet with, would leave at a certain time. Just reserved a car on Expedia small car at a good rate got to Hertz and they said they didn’t have a car that was that small. The guy at the desk on Thursday at 4:10 on April 10 said he’ll let me know how much the upgrade would be so he informed me that he could not honor the price that I reserved the car at instead of giving us another car. It was reserved, It’s not my fault that they didn’t have a car available. Not good business.we left went to enterprise
If you love waiting then you’re about to have the time of your life waiting for everything at this spot. Get ready to deal with the stone-faced staff after infinitely waiting in a stagnant line. The same person who checks you out, cleans and retrieves cars so you get to wait again! Good thing they close at 12:00 so you have just enough time to wait.
