Dillon and the team at my Clearwater Hertz location were exceptional in every aspect at correcting a mistake I made when making the reservation over the 800 number and seeing to it that everything went very smoothly. Thank you Hertz!
I had reserved a car 3 days ahead, and the whole process was a cluster of mistakes and misinformation. Didn't get the car I selected either, the manager says, "sorry, we only have what we have....can't do anything about it". WORST customer service!
Worst rental car experience ever. I changed from Enterprise at the last moment and I am regretting it ever since. Do not rent from Hertz, Dollar, or Thrifty... they own all three brands.
