Very poor customer service from the manager. I was overcharged and the rental office completely unaware of problems. I will never go to Hertz in Clearwater again. It doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave it. Suggestion: get a new manager that can adequately handle the job!!!!
needed a full size p/u and got a toy car instead
I requested a receipt, and was told they have no way of tracking it or explaining charges. Not sure how you can charge somebody yet have no idea what the charges were for or have the reason documented anywhere.
This team is always friendly and helpful. The most patient team. I rent every month as I travel to visit my daughter every month. They are the best!
