Got lots of information.
I had reservations two weeks in advance, got there day before road trip vacay and was told they did not have the vehicle. Had to settle for a smaller cheaper vehicle and was told I would receive a refund for the difference I had paid for the nicer bigger one. Needless to say... after hours and many phone calls I NEVER received one copper penny back. I WILL NEVER do business with Hertz again.
