This place doesn't even deserve one star. When I called to reserve the car, I was placed on hold on the phone for 40 minutes before they hung up on me. When I called back they said, "oh, sorry about that." The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced with literally every aspect of renting a car. I would not recommend this place to a friend or enemy. I should have known what the expect when I pulled up and another customer is outside screaming swear words at the top of her lungs.
