Title: Deceptive Billing and Total System Failure – Avoid This Location...Go Avis! As a Hertz President’s Circle member, I am appalled by the predatory billing practices and operational incompetence at this franchise location. Days before arrival i was unable to access resv in corporate system. Red flag! Although alerts were still flowing as normal. Booked a car for work. Very tight window to make my flight after driving from Little Rock to Tulsa. Rather than tell me no cars could be made available for this plan, the app just changed the different drop off back to the pickup at LIT. Had to rebook flights, the car and add a hotel. Will have to pay a significant chunk of this out of pocket.

The Kia I picked up here was plenty clean enough for my taste. Nothing there to even comment about. But do you wanna know what’s more important than a spit spot clean car? The people 100%, The people, their attitudes and the service they provide .
