This is my millionth complaint so I’m sure you’re asking why do I keep renting with them. Well they’re the most economical for the obvious reasons I guess due to poor service. First car I went to, there were no keys in the vehicle. The next car, the keys were locked on the inside and the 3rd that I’m waiting on now is filthy on the inside. No telling how long I will be waiting. You pay for what you get for sure!

In and out within 15 minutes thanks to Antione. The young customer service rep called me up to the counter after a horrible experience with Avis. I was in the process of booking online with Hertz. He told me he could take care of everything and he did! I had already waited two hrs trying to get a car with 4 cards being declined, Antione rescued me and got my husband and I on our way. Now the truck ranked of gasoline but hey it was a full tank of gas! So thank you again Antione! You deserve a raise!

If you’re a Gold+ member, it’s worthless at this location. You have to wait in the world’s slowest line and your loyalty is meaningless. I watched one customer become so fed up with the wait they left the line and went to a competitor’s counter and rented from them.
