Closed before my flight arrived
Return car 3 days early and did not receive receipt until original return date. Was charged full amount. Called several times for receipt and was told cars were being washed or it takes 7 days to receive receipt. I had car reservations for following week but canceled and went with National. Have a big job and several employees coming to area for weeks. I am notifying them not to rent from BTR Hertz.
I don't usually bother doing reviews of rental car companies as everyone typically has their own favorite/loyalty program. I do want to give a shout out to the staff at Hertz @ LIT airport. This crew is so easy to deal with, so accommodating, and so overall helpful and professional I have to acknowledge them. I'm in the Little Rock are 2-3 times a year, and I will only rent from Hertz thanks to their awesome staff. Highly recommend!
First, reserved and paid for midsize sedan. Was given a Corolla when expecting a Camry. Second, wife’s seat was soaked. So, ended up having to drive her around with a towel in the seat. Thirdly, piece of fixed tomato found on the floor of my drivers seat getting into the vehicle. To add to that, car has a vibration at about 50-55 MPH. No clear paperwork or policy advertisements about needing to pull credit if you aren’t using a credit card. Check your cars. 3x and had to settle with the first vehicle that still had sticky residue in the cupholders, dirt, pair of glasses. It genuinely seems as if they're just looking at the cars to see if it looks clean enough but not doing any of the cleaning themselves before passing it on to renters like that. Looking at the parking lot alone it does not seem this company cares or takes pride in their business.
