Showed up for my reservation and they told me they have no cars for me had to pay for uber only to get scammed by this location should’ve looked at the reviews b4 making this reservation

Iv used this location several times, never have issues here. Pick up and drop off are very easy, cars are always clean and ready. Staff is always great.

I already had to pay a taxi just to get there. I had reserved a regular gas car, but when I arrived they forced me to take an electric car. I clearly refused. Then they told me I must pay an extra $30 per day to get a different car, otherwise they would not rent me anything at all. This is unacceptable and feels like pressure and bad faith. In the end, I lost money on taxis to go there and more money on taxis to leave, with nothing solved. Huge waste of time and money. Very unprofessional service. Location was not well marked. Car requested was not available. I was told gas tank was Full, it was Bottom of tank empty. Kia Carnival was nice, but I was unfamiliar with Kia Dashboard...

Should have read reviews before renting here. Car I received had a very strong odor of mix of cigarettes, weed and tire shine. Had for a week it was terrible. Unfortunately they didn’t have other cars and did not offer any discounts or to clean the car. This place is a joke, giving bad rep to hertz.
