Reserved a car 2 months ago. I was told that no cars were available at pick up..just an SUV Youkon. I was early to pick up. I asked if there will be one at my scheduled time. Was told not sure. I couldnt take that chance. So I asked if I could get the SUV at same rate since im in a time crunch now... was told no but he would check on it and call me back ...which I never got the call.
