I have to say the team who handled my reservation made me feel completely at ease! Stephanie really understood my situation and was willing to help and understood exactly what I needed done. Had a wonderful experience picking up and dropping off the rental. It was a fast and easy process being that when I picked it up and dropped it off I was on my lunch hour at work and they were very understanding of that and helped me quickly. It was two different young ladies one when I picked up and one when I dropped off, but they were both delightful and amazing and they both made sure that I got what I needed and was on my way.
Outstanding experience. Very friendly and professional associates. Great experience with a car pick-up and a car drop-off. The manager is exceptional. I normally don’t leave reviews, but renting from this place was honestly terrible. The car was covered in dust on the outside, like someone had taken it off-roading. The driver’s seat was broken. The vehicle was a Tesla, and the battery barely lasted I had to charge it more than five times in one day. With other Teslas, the same usage only needs one or two charges max. This Hertz has been by far the best and friendliest location i’ve gone to. Every time I need a short term or long term rental I know I’m going to be accommodated, and have a smooth pick up and return experience.
