I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but let me say the one worker here is phenomenal. I believe her name was samantha but I could be totally wrong. Nice place, good location, confirm you reservation.
I recently rented a car for the day to drive to New York. Everything went great. Often times rental car companies get a bad rap because there are a bunch of policies they must follow, and we don't know what those are until it affects us. If it doesn't go our way we tend to take it out on the people. Stephanie and Katherine were wonderful. The minor issue I had on the road was not their fault, but Stephanie was able to offer a solution in real time. We should remember that it's the people that make for a great experience.
