I normally don’t leave reviews, but renting from this place was honestly terrible. The car was covered in dust on the outside, like someone had taken it off-roading. The driver’s seat was broken. The vehicle was a Tesla, and the battery barely lasted I had to charge it more than five times in one day. With other Teslas, the same usage only needs one or two charges max. This Hertz has been by far the best and friendliest location i’ve gone to. Every time I need a short term or long term rental I know I’m going to be accommodated, and have a smooth pick up and return experience.
Amazing social skills and exceptional service.
This Hertz local edition (now relocated to Pottsville Pike) is my go to place for short term, long term and even one-way rentals. I'm still getting to know the team and so far it's been so, so. For my very first rental at this location, the fuel tank was not full. It was at 3/4. What a pain!!! In reading my prior review, this was the same issue the HLE location in Lancaster Ave had. Im literally here right now and no body is here someone unlocked the door and then im sitting here for 20 minutes then a lady came here and said the front desk girl is not here that she went find some cars that we have to leave. What kind of servise is this?
