The employees were ready to go home and myself and another couple arrived at 4:20p and said no cars were available (which we seen there was cars) and go to the Enterprise around the corner. (Which was a 16 min walk in hot weather because we both too a lyft to get to hertz) Then at 5:00pm exactly an employee came out locked the door and drove away in one of the hertz rental cars smiling making her seat lean back (picture below). Used the App to book a car, for pick up at 11:30 am told me they wouldn’t have any vehicles till at least 2:30pm or 3pm because they were waiting for more cars to be brought in from a locations 3 hours away.

Reserved a car. Took a Lyft there. Got there, "sorry sir, we have no cars. You should have called this location first." So a reservation is meaningless.

I travel a lot for work and frequently rent with Hertz. This is by far the worst location I have ever used. Their "inventory isn't on line" so apparently reservations are meaningless, and that's my fault for not knowing that. They just double the rate with whatever they have in stock. Every other time I have had a hertz location run out of the reserved class they offer you an upgrade. Not these guys. It's a bait and switch, every time. Don't go here. Nightmare.
