The staff pretended that her manager does not answer the phone and did not honor confirmed reservation, made her own reservation and gave us different vehicle and made us pay. The initial reservation was made by Tesla Insurance with there home office and was confirmed by the Regional manager name Anna. Claudia had great customer service skills and help me with my needs of a vehicle.
Inventory online does not reflect what they have in stock, there is no after hour dropbox, and the workers seem quite untrained.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to all my friends and business partners.
We prepaid specifically to reserve a minivan, and later called the morning of to confirm the minivan was available. We arrived to pick up the rental and all they had was a midsize SUV.
