Is this location still open? I’ve called everyday for a week straight and no one answers the phone! Need to confirm a reservation request ASAP.
Was late to my rental but gave them a call to let them know and was told it was fine. I got there and no one was there and wouldn’t answer the number listed on the door to call if they weren’t there (called ~15 times over the span of an hour or so). Ended up having to call the main Hertz line and cancel my reservation, then Lyft to a different rental agency and location.
So..5 stars just because this location was very good...small hard 2 find but good...I hate too give my next review..but im hoping it will spark something so I get some assistance and help fixing my issue with Hertz..not the location ..
