We called ahead because there were so many flights cancelled over the Holidays we had cars cancelled at other locations in LA. Shawna (at the Oxnard location) we assume, was the person we spoke with and she suggested waiting until 10:30am when they expected more cars. We show up at 11am and she says all she can offer is a truck. No, she cant, the reservation from another party specified a truck. We ended up with the last car — a Mercedes.
