The airport office is closed a few months ago.
I made a rental at colonial heights location and they did not have a car available, and had to drive an hour away to go to another location
The cars were old.
The past 4 Hertz rentals I have had they haven't had the car reserved. Either have to take a car half the size you want or pay double for a giant SUV. The woman at the counter was nice though
We had a reservation for a car and they gave all the cars away to walk in people instead of saving cars for the reservations. It was 2 am and took us an hour to find a place to get a car from. Now we rent our cars from a different company.
