We had made a reservation six months in advance to make sure we would have a premium vehicle for our road trip. When we arrived they did not have what we wanted and only had a small vehicle. They didn’t even try to get anything comparable to what we had reserved and blamed it on the busy holiday weekend. After three calls to the corporate number they agreed to let us obtain another vehicle.
