Reserved a car only to find out location had closed 6 months ago.
We used Hertz in the past with good results. This past rental was the exception. Mistakes made by the agency checking the car back in resulted in a significant overcharge, which still has not been resolved. Hertz is quick to take the money but extremely slow putting it back, even though it was clearly their mistake. Local representative was understanding and admitted a mistake was made.
We had a few hiccups when we first got there.. And he made all of it right and then some.
