Thank you Hertz rental Dodge city and Hutchinson KS. Unfortunately we had car problems outside of Hutchinson KS so we contacted Willie Milo in the Dodge city location. He quickly helped us out and reached out to the Hutchinson location and with in 45 minutes they had us a vehicle and we were back on our way home.

First vehicle we got had a flat the next day, mind you we only drove it home and parked it. When we called them to ask if we could get another vehicle or if they could come fix it, they told us " oh you don't have a tire inflator? then proceeded to tell us to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. No one had time to take it to get it fixed. People work and have things to do. It's their responsibility to make sure their rentals are working properly.
