Poor customer service. Car was filthy inside and out. I had to clean it just to see out the windows. Ask me to come in and switch cars, so I came in and she had forgotten about me & did not have a different car. She took my phone number again, so I could get a different car before the end of the week. Never heardrum a word from anyone. Guess they forgot again!
Very friendly and car rates are very reasonable.
I rent a car weekly and have always had an excellent experience. I use the Hertz in Union, MO and Debra and been terriific!
Didn't have any issues besides personal issues. The car was clean and ran great. I enjoyed my trip. :)
