A commercial company shouldn’t clutter a residential area with all of their rental cars that haven’t been rented in weeks!
The rudest and shadiest company ever. We were told no cleaning bill even with our dogs. We had a sheet down but there was a hew hairs on the matts, then they charged us without even telling us. When we called to speak to the manager the lady was super rude and just kept us on hold.
RecommendedGreat customer service. Fast and friendly check in. I met a person there and Hertz had no more car rentals available so I gave him and his girlfriend a ride down to San Fransisco. If it wasn't for being there at Hertz I wouldn't have had the chance for that experience. Thank you Hertz. The vehicle was very nice and super great on gas. xoxo
Great service. Check in and out was less than 5 minutes. Got my car on last minute reservation. James really came thru for me.

Shitty place. The lady in there is such a piece of shit, they need to fire her. She didn't even try to cooperate with us at all and was a bitch from the beginning. Fuck this place.
