Very happy with the service from Herts and Essex. Martin and his team make very effort to ensure a smooth service on the day. Easy to communicate with leading upto the day of the move, and a terrific service on the day. The team were very friendly, capable and tidy. I would highly recommend.

DAMAGED A CHAIR AND BROKE MY TELEVISION AND NOW REFUSING TO REPLACE OR REPAIR. Martin is charming until something goes wrong then he tells me he wont communicate on his mobile no as its his personal phone (yet he gave us the number) and got upset when I suggested I may have to go legal. His staff were polite and hard working but the test of any company is how they deal with you when things go wrong and Martin's attitude towards me the customer is disgraceful.

Absolutely amazing company, our move wasn't easy in the slightest but they dealt with it no issues and no quabbles. Just about to use them again now we are actually moving properly and again it won't be an easy move picking up items from 2 locations in one day. Thank you so much to everyone involved, would highly recommend for your move,

We had a fairly complex requirement; downsizing from a house to a flat and needed extra help due to health issues. Martin impressed us from the start ensuring all our needs were met and provided a complete packing, dispersal and moving service. The packing was carried out very efficiently and the actual move went very smoothly. Throughout the 2 day process Martin and all of his team were very friendly and helpful and provided a very good service. I would definitely recommend Herts & Essex as a removal company.
