Have been trying to call for weeks to get a replacement pair of glasses for my 8 year old who broke them at school and NEEDS his glasses. No one ever answers and I’ve left voicemails when the machine picks up and yet no one ever calls back! I work a lot during the weekdays but looks like I’ll have to physically show up just to talk to someone. Very frustrating!
Very nice staff and very helpful during my appointment, but it took over a month for my glasses to be finished and for me to be notified. If the wait time had something to do with the holiday, i would have liked to know. My appointment was on halloween day, and i received the call they were done on dec. 2. They also pointed me towards which glasses would be completely covered by my insurance, and when i wanted to pick out one of those frames, they THEN informed me that they were commercial frames and they were not allowed to... read more
This place is horrible $10.00 pattern fee with state insurance and a brown spot on my lenses when I picked them up. The entire office is outdated and dreadful and my overall experience was annoying including having to tell them to clean off examination area it was greasy as if someone just had a sweaty forehead on it yuck! Old fashioned outdated everything including staff. Charged 10.00 for something regarding my lenses and I’ve never been charged anywhere with STATE INSURANCE! They suck and the clerk was outside smoking cigarettes came back in with an attitude and stunk of cigarettes. Crappy!
