I called to request my son's PD MEASUREMENTS from his previous appointment to order glasses online versus going through them as i already had a poor experience from the year before. The lady refused to provide them to me and stated it was illegal. I let her know, as their parent and guardian, I should have access to their full prescription as their PD measurements information were taken She absolutely refused and said she was not going to provide it. Lady was rude, unprofessional, not friendly. Would not recommend.

Have been trying to call for weeks to get a replacement pair of glasses for my 8 year old who broke them at school and NEEDS his glasses. No one ever answers and I’ve left voicemails when the machine picks up and yet no one ever calls back! I work a lot during the weekdays but looks like I’ll have to physically show up just to talk to someone. Very frustrating!
Very nice staff and very helpful during my appointment, but it took over a month for my glasses to be finished and for me to be notified. If the wait time had something to do with the holiday, i would have liked to know. My appointment was on halloween day, and i received the call they were done on dec. 2. They also pointed me towards which glasses would be completely covered by my insurance, and when i wanted to pick out one of those frames, they THEN informed me that they were commercial frames and they were not allowed to... read more
