I will have to say even though my appointment was rescheduled at last minute due to optician calling in due to illness the two general managers michelle and stacey were amazing and handled everything swimmingly. I loved getting to know them and talking with them about alternative options was a breeze. They helped me with personable options pertaining to my personal situation with care and discretion. Marina and Michelle are fantastic! They deserve five stars everyday! I gave it 4 stars because I had an issue with the Dr.s bedside manner and how he treated his staff. The day of my exam was not my finest visit. I understand there is an optomitrist shortage in Wisconsin, but when I called to speak with someone they never returned my call about my concerns. The intrium doctor was my first issue with this company. Hopefully the permanent doctor will have a better bedside manner.
Marina was amazing and made picking out my frames a truly fun experience. I'll definitely be back in the future and will tell my friends too.
