My experience was amazing from check-in through completion! Kastille and Kathy were more than helpful. These ladies were phenomenal. They made it so much easier for me to pick up my frames at a different location for which I am grateful. They're friendly service is unforgettable. Dr. Orlich was so informative. He explained everything being done and the importance. Thank you so much to the Saukville HERSLOF staff for a very nice and friendly experience!
I’ve had some terrible experiences here in the past, but my recent experience was good. I saw Dr. Orlich last month who was so nice and was happy to share his knowledge and answer any question I had. Today I picked up my glasses while a young man(Devvon?) was working. He was amazing. He took the time and adjusted my glasses until they were perfect! He really knows what he’s doing when it comes to glasses. Also very friendly and kind. My eyes are still adjusting to the new prescription, but hopefully that won’t take much long... read more
This place constantly has me calling them because nobody answers 🤦♀️ Glasses always take about a month to come, and my appointments have been getting switched. I paid 200$ for contacts in APRIL. and still haven't gotten them since nobody wants to answer the phone. Still waiting for someone to answer.
