I DO NOT Recommend the North Platte branch! Tellers are rude and talk down to you. Wasn't bad when they first opened but eventually I got tired of being belittled and switched to a bank I feel appreciated at. I've gone in to ask a couple quick questions about services etc (actually considered another auto loan through them since it's convenient to where I live and work) and they wouldn't even give me the time of day because I no longer have an open account.
