Do not bank here. The branch states it opens at 9:00 AM on Tuesdays, yet customers were left waiting outside for 40 minutes before any employee arrived. Several customers became frustrated and left to go to another location. Even after staff finally showed up, we were made to wait an additional 20 minutes without any explanation or apology. There was no notice online about a delayed opening. Instead of addressing the waiting customers, employees made sure to get their coffee first.
