Been dealing with Hershey Federal Credit union for about 3 years now for some financial loans. I have yet to have a bad experience and on my 1st visit to this branch I observed 2 very positice and helpful transactions. Unsure of the negative reviews but the staff was very pleasant.
They were great when I first started with them but the branch manager was extremely unprofessional and I've since moved my money to another bank
Terrible customer service! When calling in I often have to keep calling, sometimes more than 10+ times until I can speak with an actual person!!! Please fix this! Your customer service has declined tremendously over ther years!!!
The underwriter have very poor knowledge in customer service instead Truist they do have knowledges and work around with you in diferent options.
