They are rock stars! On our way to VA+NC from VT our annual cycling trip and a gust of wind hit the bikes on the highway at 80mph and they went flying off the back of the truck. I’ve had better feelings than looking in the rear view to see our bikes bouncing off the pavement and cars swerving (miracle it didn’t cause a crash). Fantastic place, Derek is just the nicest and most helpful guy. Needed a bike for my kid to use in college, Derek got me all set up via texts. Wonderful staff, great bikes, lovely location. Already planning on getting two more from them!
Had searched around for a new bike and was so lucky to have found HersheyCycles. Derek and his team were extremely friendly and professional, really emphasizing a strong local community and bike culture in the area! Not only are they a Trek dealer, they are also pros at setting up and fixing bikes. I am extremely happy with their services and grateful for a quick turnaround time!

The customer service is beyond excellent and the care they take in matching you to the right bike is amazing. This was the best bike buying experience I have ever had and I love my Electra Townie!
Outstanding personal service. They explained repairs I needed, gave estimate before work was performed and stuck to price. Took the time to go over what was completed and bike is now back to better than I could imagine.
