We are not happy, we were told our swing set was garrenteed for 20 years. Our swing set rotted in less than 8 years and my grandson was on the set when it busted. For the price it should have lasted alot longer. I need to talk to the owner of this company ASAP.
My school purchased the Poly Perfect Pleaser playset to be used on our playground. We added the ramp and the poly roof on the Tower. I placed the order in mid-March, thinking that we might have to wait for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered and installed in less than 3 weeks.
