Received packing cubes for Christmas. Nice but I wanted the compression packing tubes. When I checked with Herschel they do not offer this product. I tried to return the cubes I had with the receipt and the very ignorant man told me no, we will not accept a return unless it is the person that purchased it and returned on the exact same debit card. Wasted trip for me, now my son will have to make a special trip. This is a stupid policy, Herschel, you can do better. Really turned off the whole brand now.
Alexander was so prestigious! 1000000/10 would recommend! If every customer service worker was like him, id want this handsome guy to be the face of every retail company! I was looking at 3 different stores to find luggage and all were absolutes bums before I got to Herschel! Alexander is the best to go to at this store! He made my experience the best i had in a long time! Thank you Alexander for the exceptional service and again, you rock!
