I had an amazing experience with Herschel!!! Alexander helped me find the perfect bag I was looking for! He was kind and patient with me, he helped me find the right bag for my trip!!! 100/10 experience! I can't wait to shop here again!
The two men working the store were so nice and helpful!!! Very good shopping experience.
Amazing customer service from the two guys working tonight at this location. One was super helpful in assisting us to select a gift. The other was super friendly as he cleaned the store. This store is impeccable in its layout, cleanliness and design. Come support the brand -- super cool that they have a lifetime warranty and the products continue to be top notch in their design and esthetic! Thanks for your excellent customer service as well!
This place is awesome. Alex helped us out and super friendly Highly recommended.
