Do not get your taxes done here. Very disorganized. Staffing issues. Non-communicative. Errors. Automatic extention filings with little to no information as to when taxes will be reviewed and filed. After months of phone calls, I had to take time off from work to drive to the office to deal with my tax return in person. Touted on the Ramsey Web site as a "trusted pro." Do not use. I can't emphasize this enough.

This CPA firm is a good choice to follow-up on your tax returns and IRS communications. Also, they provide excellent service in resolving inquiries on tax matters before and after tax preparation.

Herring CPA has prepared our tax return for several years and does excellent work. The knowledge of the staff and Larry's personal involvement in preparing the return are things you can not get on line or the "big" companies who bombard you with advertising.

I found Larry & his team through the Dave Ramsey preferred tax preparer site. Unfortunately, my experience with this place was horrible. The office is unorganized, understaffed, & slow. I set up an appointment with Larry & his team in early February 2023 for a personal tax return. After a few months of not hearing anything, I started calling biweekly to check on the status of my filling and return.
