Pie selection is impressive. Pie crust is buttery and flakey. Rhubarb could be a tad tarter, perhaps less sugar? Also, rhubarb a little crunchy, perhaps out of season? Still, a total delight with vanilla ice cream. Hot cocoa is excellent with properly thick whipped cream. You'll need a spoon.
