Filled out the consultation form, never heard anything back from them. Whoever does the email/admin here needs to be fired. The other reviews here show the same story.
Two problems, then a glowing review: Problem 1: website includes a booking system that doesn't appear to actually book an appointment. Problem 2: the pin on Google Maps is pointed at the wrong building in the complex. It was a minor struggle to get things organized for the first meeting, and in that meeting I felt heard, respected, and honesty understood. They gave me real feedback and insight. It wasn't a sales pitch, there was nothing vague. It was a real conversation about options that I had.

I booked an appointment to speak with a lawyer and did not have anyone call me at the appointed time. When I followed up I was told that the Herr Group doesn't have an office manager, nobody actually manages their website, and that a lawyer might call me back at some point in the day if they're interested in my case. So, what's the point in an appointment system? I set aside my time, when I could be doing important things, to make myself fully available. But I was the only one.
