When we first talked about putting our daughter in daycare, I was honestly scared. You hear so many bad stories about daycares and it makes you second guess everything. This is a wonderful daycare. I switched my child here after attending a previous daycare and this daycare location was night and day. The staff and teachers are attentive and really truly care for the students. My child was able to experience crafts and a lot more intentional activities. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for one. Great staff, security and communication.
The women of Kindercare at Herr lane are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped my son grow and develop on track while also addressing any concerns I had as a new mom. I loved attending there and would recommend!
I wish I could give negative stars. I brought up several issues about my 2 year old. She had unexplained bruises and bite marks. The explanation I was given was “we can’t watch all the kids at the same time.” The director will message us about money but ignore any concerns about my children. Given cookie cutter answers and no help. I wish I could get back all of my money and the government money. I will never suggest anyone to take their kids to kinder care. My son goes there and he loves his teachers as well as making friends! His teachers or anyone who works with him is wonderful he learns so much there! We love it and would recommend it to any family!
