Staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to dog & cat nutrition. They were very helpful when I needed to switch my dog to a raw diet because of his allergies. Just remember to grab a tag on the left when you walk in.
The absolute BEST place for RAW pet food. Knowledgeable and caring staff. Amazing pricing, for anyone thinking they can't afford to feed RAW diet....you absolutely MUST check this place out. I feed 4 Rottweilers for less than the price of high quality holistic kibble. Tons of protein options, single ingredient or all in one dinners. So happy I found this place!
Heronview and Kara in particular have been outstanding in their professional guidance and responsiveness as our GSD successfully switched to a raw diet whilst dealing with his pancreatic disorder. He is thriving and we are delighted. Heronview is an exceptional company and its people an invaluable resource.
