Hero’s Moving and Storage did an excellent job. From my initial contact ,Macy was professional, thorough well informed about the process, which made a stressful process less daunting. The team that showed up to move our belongs were on time, professional and did an excellent job disassembling some very complicated pieces of furniture. IF YOU NEED TO MOVE A PIANO, CALL THESE GUYS! Heroes Moving was recommended to us by a friend for the purpose of moving a baby grand piano. They were wonderful! Scheduling was a breeze; they were able to accommodate a move across state lines and were very flexible with days/timing. Both pick-up and drop-off of the piano were handled with care by an experienced and knowledgeable team. We hope not to move our piano again any time soon, but if we ever do I know who I'm calling.
Great service. They give you a fixed price estimate, which is fantastic. They also used a lot of packing materials and none of my stuff got damaged. Easy and simple.
