Updated review My original review was 5 stars because Wilson arranged my first mortgage and overall I was happy. It was a little slow, but that felt like a minor inconvenience when you get your home approved with no surprises. Communication at that time was steady, which made the process manageable. My second experience, however, was completely different. Communication dropped off badly.
