We requested FCAs for two of our family. Short wait time 5 weeks for each considering we are not on Sunny Coast. Our OT was thorough in assessment using standardised tools which then produced high quality professional report which actually reflected our scene. NDIS granted all the supports required. We will keep using Heros.
Occupational Therapist Penny is exceptionally warm, professional, dynamic, and empathetic towards her clients. I highly recommend engaging with Penny for skills and capacity-building therapies. Special thanks to Tina as well; her diligence and client-focused approach are truly commendable.
