Staff greeted all of the white customers who entered the store, but completely ignored me. The experience left me feeling unwelcome and concerned about unequal treatment. I was very disappointed.
I wear designer clothing, but feel unwelcome here (both monitored and ignored simultaneously), and would prefer to take my money elsewhere. Unfortunate because some of their items are hard-to-find.

Wow. I've definitely found my new favorite store. All of my fave brands, perfectly curated, staffed by extremely helpful (and extremely beautiful) humans. Thank goodness I don't live closer or I'd be here every day
Worked at Hero Shop Marin, formerly in San Francisco, for almost a year looking to learn under Emily’s supposed expertise. I cannot fully articulate how incredibly toxic, degrading, and extremely unprofessional this environment was in such a short paragraph. Let’s just say Emily took the Devil Wears Prada to heart. Upon quitting, I was left on emails for a week with confidential client information (such as home addresses) until I personally requested to be removed.
