Honestly, such an unpleasant experience two days ago at this store. We came ready to buy — not to window shop — and the way one of the staff treated us was just unacceptable. We were looking for a Pochette, a Kelly Messenger (men’s, in orange — they only had black and a few other colors), a bangle for my sister, and a Twilly for my friend. One of the worst customer experiences… Ever! Absolutely rude sales assistants who are very unfriendly unlike other Hermes stores. Recommend visiting other Hermes stores for better and friendly service.
