Un service client et un accueil déplorable! Vraiment le pire Hermes que j’ai vu! Une boutique surchargée, un personnel qui se tourne les pouces, nous demande comment nous aider pour au final nous mettre sur liste d’attente. Je ne comprends pas qu’on fasse attendre autant de gens qui sont prêt à dépenser au minimum 500€, qui plus est debout! Nous n’avons pas attendu et sommes parti, mais vraiment pas une boutique à l’image du prestige et du luxe de la marque
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the Hermès store in Milan. Like others have noted in their reviews, this boutique seems to have a recurring issue with the attitude of the staff. I was assisted by a middle-aged Asian saleswoman who was shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. I came in to return a Hermès bag — a gift from my husband — hoping to exchange it or receive a store credit.
