Truly a lovely experience at Hermes Barcelona on de Gracia. Brief wait outside, welcomed in to browse with two clients ahead. This was my first Hermes visit. My SA happily pulled multiple scarves to meet my request. Shared a couple fold variations. Met another SA for perfume trial, found the perfect scent. as Hermès Client in London Dubai ! This is the worst experience ever ! I loved the design and the decoration is absolutely stunning. While i was waiting for assistance and casually browsing around i decide to take a picture for the backyard ( social media are full of pictures 😂 ) however, the security came to saying this is not allowed you are not supposed to take picture !!!!!!!!! That’s was very rude to anyone despite that i am regular customer 😂😂😂😂 they are basically not aware how to deal with decent people at all
