Great service from the staff. Boutique is lovely as it shld be. But long Q and prepare for a wait to be served.
The worst Hermes branch ever compared to other countries. My sisters and I bought two pairs of boots, and we asked to see the available bags. He insisted on lying, saying there were no bags in stock, while at the same time, I saw other employees carrying bags for other customers

Undoubtedly the most disappointing experience I have encountered at any Hermès store globally. The staff demonstrated a surprising lack of product knowledge, inefficiency at every step, and an overall disregard for customer service. When compared with the exemplary professionalism of Louis Vuitton and Dior located just across the street, the contrast could not be more stark.
