Probably one of the worst customer experience I have. I came to have not one but 2 of my hermes watches repaired. I was asked to leave and whatsapp to get an appointment bc they are sooo busy. And now the whatsapp which replies every 24h is telling me to go back to the store. How can you call this luxury experience? Zara treats its customers better.

Un service indigne de cette grande maison où l’image des clients de ce qu’ils portent vous donne le niveau d’attention qui vous sera apportée honte vraiment l’argent ne fait et ne permet pas tout j’en suis convaincue
