My experience unfortunately at the Hermes Chadstone store has been very hit and miss. One SA is good and actually gave me her contact details to indicate that she is genuinely interested in looking after me, but the rest say they will give you their details and message you, but don't. They can be judgemental and spiteful towards you (e.g. they don't bother to give you free samples, only just what you have purchased). I'm thinking of shopping at the Collins Street store only from now on. :-/
It was an impromptu visit. Went by to pick up a preordered item and was attended by Ms Sha whom I am familiar with besides my other usual SA. I felt very bad after I left without buying the bag as she took great efforts to pull it from the back-stock through her Manager. Unfortunately when I saw it in person, I could not bring myself to accept the color combination :-(( Sorry Sha - Thank you for your time. I appreciate the time you spent bringing me products that might interest me. Hope to see you again on my next trip.
Amazing shopping experience ! just got my 1st Hermes Bag here in Cchadstone. Thanks to Ron ( SA). He was exceptionally patient and took the time to walk me through all the options without making me feel rushed or pressured.
My mother and I are loyal international Hermès clients from the UAE and have always enjoyed exceptional service, including during our previous visits to the Chadstone boutique.
