Amazing shopping experience ! just got my 1st Hermes Bag here in Cchadstone. Thanks to Ron ( SA). He was exceptionally patient and took the time to walk me through all the options without making me feel rushed or pressured.
My mother and I are loyal international Hermès clients from the UAE and have always enjoyed exceptional service, including during our previous visits to the Chadstone boutique. Unfortunately, our experience today was disappointing. Will always be our first stop! SA Jessica approached us and asked what I was looking for. Showed her the shoes I wanted but wasn’t available. Asked straight up for bags (non quota 😊) . . Herbag 20 in ebene - available in panda which she said was the most sought after color combination which she brought out, asked for other colors, said it’s available in red which she was willing to bring out again 🤗.
