Sha has consistently provided outstanding service at the Hermès store in Chadstone. I’ve visited the store several times with my partner, and on each occasion, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and patient as I’ve searched for the right items. She's gone above and beyond to help me search for the items and has always been very proactive and prompt in her communications.
