I had a very disappointing experience at the Chadstone Hermes store. I approached an tall Asian male sales associate with glasses to inquire about the Birkin bag, but I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Walked in here first week of Jan 2025, not really thinking I’d walk out with a backpack - it was also my first Hermès purchase. Nate the SA was effing awesome especially in dealing with a newb like me. Am hooked on the brand so there’s more visits to come.
