I've had pretty good experiences at the Chadstone Hermes boutique, although I don't have a specific relationship with one SA, the customer service that I have received from a variety of staff including security guards have been consistent. The sales team are knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend a visit. :)

Sha has consistently provided outstanding service at the Hermès store in Chadstone. I’ve visited the store several times with my partner, and on each occasion, she has been incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and patient as I’ve searched for the right items. She's gone above and beyond to help me search for the items and has always been very proactive and prompt in her communications. I've had such a wonderful experience with her and cannot recommend her enough. Looking forwards to coming back with Peanut! Thanks Sha!
