Amazing customer service from Emel. Definitely the best.
If you are not of Asian descent or a wealthy tourist don’t even bother. Disgraceful customer service especially by the store manager and another customer service individual whose name I believe was Teresa. Interesting watching their face light up when a tourist came in but when I was willing to spend minimum. $20,000 on porcelain and homewares I was not worth their time.
I have been obsessed with the brand for the past 3 months and every time I visit, my SA Kim has been so wonderful. She is so gentle in nature and has not once rush me for anything. Everyone at the Chadstone team has been so lovely, always smiling and helpful and kind. Highly recommend the store for all Hermes lovers. If I could give 100 stars I would
I was waiting in the line to get served and the guard asked me to go in as the 4-5 staff were standing at front and were free. Nobody served me as I walked inside. They all ignored. I came back to line and waited again so that they can serve as I was there to purchase. This behaviour was so rude and judgemental. I also work in luxury store and I know the standards but their behaviour does not match with it. They were judging client based on their appearance.
