Pathetic customer experience. Waited 20 minutes standing around for someone to help me until I had enough and left. I wouldn’t even say they were short staffed. They prioritized several women they had come in after me which was extremely frustrating. Go to a different store. Don’t waste your time here

What started as a very disappointing experience was completely turned around by the store manager, Jackie, and the wonderful SA, Jake. I visited the store hoping to try on a pair of shoes, but unfortunately, the woman working in that department didn’t acknowledge or greet me. When I politely asked for assistance, she responded, “I know you need help! Three weeks ago, we walked into Hermes and were greeted by Jackie, the manager. She was phenomenal, so professional, and informative. We only went inside to inquire about leather goods, which she delivered excellently. We returned today and were welcomed by Nicole Hayes - Supervisor. We walked in about 15 minutes before closing to purchase a bracelet my daughter had already picked out. Despite knowing exactly what she wanted, no one offered assistance until my wife approached one of the associates standing nearby. She said she would get someone, and eventually a sales representative came over. The selection process took about five minutes, and we quickly chose the bracelet.
