I went to Hermes (palm beach ) yesterday to exchange a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. The sales associates on second floor shoes department were extremely careless. However, she immediately called and forwarding her responsibility to other sales associates who were much more rude. She was looking on my eyes and telling me some stupid reason like - she was feeling the sends on the bottom of the shoes and that was a reason why she will NOT be able to help me out... like the shoes was use.... Originally went to this location to buy my wife a present and was fortunate enough to meet the very friendly and helpful store manager, Jackie, and sales associate, Leilani. My wife loves the brand so I went in with lots of questions in hopes to surprise her. They were patient & kind enough to help explain things and assist me with my purchase. Looking forward to coming again in the near future now that we’ve moved to the area.
