Excellent experience at Hermès Denver! Tom provided outstanding customer service - he was knowledgeable, attentive, and made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this location and working with Tom!
Friendly and helpful SAs
Just went in to browse after going to a few of the other luxury storefronts. Associates were very dismissive and simply followed us around watching without offering any help. When we left we thanked them and told them to have a good day to which we didn’t get a response and were shrugged off, left a very bad taste in my mouth.
This location has the worst customer service compared to other Hermès stores. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.
