I had a very unpleasant experience with an SA named Chiafen at Hermès. She was rude and unprofessional. Even after I politely thanked her and wished her a good day, she just gave me a cold, arrogant look and didn’t bother to reply. For a luxury brand like Hermès, this kind of attitude is extremely disappointing and definitely not the level of service you would expect.
