Had a wonderful first Hermès experience with Tom. He was very easy to work with and so considerate too, I felt no pressure or stress when in the store. Highly recommend!!

He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who not only knows their stuff but also brings such good energy. You can really tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in doing his best. TOM is the guy to help you at the Cherry Hills downtown Denver store! He is very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife loves this store! Tom is the best of the best who she deals with and highly recommends asking for him.
