My experience with Hermès Boston was, without question, the worst luxury retail experience I have ever had. I’ve had a long history of purchasing Hermès products and have always associated the brand with exceptional service. That made what happened at the Boston boutique all the more surprising. Weng was absolutely kind and very helpful. Great selection of pet articles. Unfortunately our dog doesn’t fit in the beautiful pet carrier.
This is a lovely store with wonderful customer care. I’ve worked with Nana and she is so helpful and gives great advice. This has been my best Hermes experience in a US based store. I recommend setting an appointment. Thank you Nana!
