I always have the most wonderful experience at Hermès , thanks to Lin. In the past, I didn’t have the best experiences, and it kept me from shopping here. But Lin completely changed that. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness make every visit a pleasure. She’s truly amazing! If you’re visiting, make sure to ask for Lin — you’ll be in the best hands!
If possible, I would give 0 stars. The service was so rude that I decided to walk away. Something needs to change at this store, or it will continue to damage the brand's image.
