My experience with my Sales Associate, Sunny, is always exceptional. She has an incredible attention to detail, truly understands my preferences, and delivers a level of personalized service that exceeds even the highest standards of Hermès.
Worst experience ever. I saw a very nice-looking bracelet at this store but they didn’t have my size, so I ordered online instead. When the bracelet was delivered, it turned out to not be the color I had seen at the store so I came in person to try to return it. A middle-aged white woman assisted me but told me I could not return because I was already wearing it. Mind you I barely wore it since it got delivered to my house.
