Like many other reviewers, I had a terrible luxury shopping experience here. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, sat and waited, and was never acknowledged. I asked for help twice and continued to wait while watching the sales associates assist clients who came in after me. This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve stopped by three times trying to meet the manager; every time, they claim he isn't there. They say "it's not available" regarding everything, even when they actually have the items in stock—they seem to reserve them for specific people. The staff's treatment of customers is extremely poor.
This places smells very bad.
Came two times during our trip and not once was I even greeted. Sad that some stores have such terrible employees with no class. Bought all my items online
