I had a wonderful experience visiting the Hermès store in Boston. The service was warm and attentive, and it made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I’m very happy with my purchase and look forward to coming back again.
The worst experience at any Hermès I've ever visited. Every city I visit, whenever there's an Hermès store, I always visit and buy alittle something. It was weird at 1st entering. No one at the door. No one to greet us. The security guard didn't even acknowledge majority of people there. There were no SAs to be found on the ground floor. The security guard or door person on 8/28 at 1:30pm was totally incompetent and very rude. I ask a simple question and received a very rude response. This guy needs a lot of customer service training or needs to be replaced with someone more professional. It’s very sad to see this. Been to Hermes stores all over the country and have never been treated this way. After waiting 20 minutes a couple came down stairs asking for help and they had been waiting 30 minutes. So here is the customer experience at Hermes in Boston on a Friday afternoon. You have to wait in line for 45 minutes, no water offered, no chance to browse. Then other customers who “have appointments” go directly in the store and they can browse until their associate is available . For once, the experience in France is so much better. Who ever is the store director here does not live up to the values and the standards of the brand. You also forgot that the bulk of our revenue is coming from more lower revenue customers.
Was able to order what I was looking for and got it shipped directly to my house. Great customer service
