I have just been in the store to purchase a belt but was treated so disgustingly by the Chinese female manager who could not even greeet me or smile when I smiled at her, so I left. She just stared and looked me up and down. This service is unacceptable and not conducive to purchasing luxury goods. If the manager thinks she is better than her clients there is a significant issue. I regularly purchase luxury goods but was so dismayed I had to leave this review
On the evening of January 8, I visited the store to request a shopping invoice that had been omitted by your staff. Although I provided sufficient proof of payment, I encountered repeated difficulties and uncooperative behavior. In particular, a Chinese male employee insisted on inspecting my passport and then threw it back at me in a disrespectful manner. I found his conduct highly inappropriate and offensive.
Sophie helped me out and was so kind and had very good customer service. Look forward to shopping with her again soon
Davids service was incredible. Looking forward to coming through next year
